3. Quotes & Orders

All products are offered on a request-for-quote basis. Submitting a quote request does not constitute a binding order. Orders are confirmed only after written acceptance by QoPack and receipt of any required deposits.

4. Pricing & Payment

Prices are provided upon request and may vary depending on product type, customization, and order volume. Unless otherwise agreed, 50% advance payment is required, with the remaining balance due before shipment.

5. Lead Times & Delivery

Standard production lead times range from 7–14 business days after artwork approval. Delivery times may vary depending on destination. QoPack is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, content, and materials on this website are the intellectual property of QoPack unless otherwise stated. Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to any logos, artwork, or text submitted for custom printing.

7. Returns & Claims

Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are not accepted unless goods are defective or incorrect as per the confirmed order. Claims must be submitted in writing within 7 days of delivery.

8. Limitation of Liability

QoPack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the value of the order in question.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of California, U.S.A. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

QoPack reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of such changes.
